Our names are Caitlyn & Shawn, we are the owners of Phoenix Mental Health in Buffalo, NY. After seeing many Buffalonians and Western New Yorkers in need, often with little to no access or reliable outlets, we wanted to help and opened our doors and hours of operation to anyone needing services or help

So starting Phoenix Institute was a no brainer, and we’re going to change the game !
